Privacy

• Name and phone number – to respond to your request and agree on the work.
• Email address – only if you have provided it yourself. We use it to send the request confirmation and, where needed, the invoice.
• Location or district and a description of the job – to assess the work and to reach you.
• Photos, if you add them – to assess the scope and urgency of the work.
• Billing data (customer type, legal name, registry code, invoice email, billing address, VAT registration details) – to issue invoices. We do not ask private individuals for a personal identification code.
• A record of the order confirmation and consents – the time when the terms were accepted and the separate consent to start the service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. This is needed to prove the contract.
• Technical request data (e.g. a check value derived from the IP address) – solely to limit spam requests.

• Preparation and performance of the contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) – responding to the request, agreeing the price and time, carrying out the work, storing the order confirmation and consents.
• Legal obligation (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)) – issuing invoices and retaining accounting documents.
• Legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) – keeping the service operational, preventing spam requests and misuse, defending legal claims.
• Pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) – if you voluntarily provide an email address, we use it at your request to send the request confirmation and, where necessary, the invoice. We do not use the email address for marketing.

We keep request data and photos for as long as needed to carry out the work and to handle warranty issues and potential claims (generally up to 3 years from completion of the work). Invoice-related data is kept for 7 years as required by the Accounting Act. If you ask us to delete your request data earlier and there is no statutory retention obligation, we delete it.

• Ehitusabi 24 OÜ authorised employees and the technician carrying out the work.
• Web and application hosting provider (server in the European Union) – keeping the website running.
• Database and file storage provider – secure storage of requests and uploaded photos in a private repository.
• Email delivery provider – sending confirmations, notifications and invoices.
• Payment service provider – if you pay via a bank link, the payment is processed by the bank itself. We neither see nor store your internet bank passwords or card details.
• The accountant and, as required by law, the tax authority in respect of invoices.

Authorised processors process data only on our instructions and under a contract. Data is not sold or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area without a legal safeguard.

The website uses technical cookies and browser storage that are necessary for the site to work, to remember your language and cookie choices and to sign in to the admin view. Only with your explicit consent do we also use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) measurement. You have the right to access your data, to request the correction of inaccurate data, to restrict processing, to object to processing, to request erasure where there is no retention obligation, and to receive your data in a machine-readable format (data portability).
