Plumbing problems are often urgent because water can cause damage quickly. If water is leaking, first close the main valve and book a call-out online with a description and photos if possible.
We carry out plumbing work inside apartments and houses: fixture replacement, connection repairs and identifying the cause of a leak. Larger systemic work is agreed separately.
The call-out fee is shown in the order form before payment. Labour and materials are extra. If no contractor is found, we refund the call-out fee in full.

What to do before the specialist arrives?
Shut off the water supply (local or main valve), remove standing water and clear access. If possible, take a photo – it speeds up the assessment.
Do you also identify the cause of the leak?
We identify visible and accessible leaks on site. If the leak is within the structure, we honestly tell you what further investigation is needed.
Do you bring the mixer tap yourself?
We can source the necessary device (added to the invoice) or install a product purchased by the customer.

The call-out fee covers the professional’s travel and attendance, not repairs or materials. Once the professional has arrived as agreed, the call-out fee is not refunded because the customer declines further work or work cannot proceed due to inaccurate customer information, lack of access or another obstacle attributable to the customer. Further work, materials and additional costs are agreed separately. If the service is not provided or we breach the agreement, the refund terms and applicable law apply.
