Minimum labour time is 1 hour; after that, billing is in 30-minute increments. Time-based multipliers are not combined: only the highest applicable hourly rate is used. Prices include 24% VAT.
All call-out fees and termsWhat can change the total cost?
- Evening, night, weekend and public holiday labour rates are higher than the standard rate.
- Urgent, evening and emergency call-outs have different fees. The exact fee is shown before payment.
- Materials, parking and specialist equipment are charged separately by agreement.
- Several small jobs can be combined in one visit by agreement. Include the full list when booking.
What information helps estimate the work?
Include photos, item quantities and dimensions, the appliance or furniture model and the wall material. Add the address, floor, lift and parking details and whether the required parts are available. An estimate based on photos may be revised on site.
How do booking and payment work?
Pay the call-out fee online in advance. After payment, we assign a professional who contacts you to agree the arrival time. Labour and materials are agreed separately. If no professional is available or we cannot meet the selected call-out deadline, we cancel the order and refund the entire call-out fee.
Cancellations and refundsInvoices and materials
Two separate invoices are issued for one order: (1) the call-out/readiness invoice for attending the site and (2) the work and materials invoice for completed work, materials used and any special equipment. Each invoice has its own number and amount; the call-out fee is not charged again on the second invoice.
If Handymann24 procures the materials, a 20% procurement and handling fee is added to the documented purchase price and shown on a separate invoice line. No mark-up is added to materials supplied by the customer. The 20% does not apply to labour, travel, parking or special equipment.
